Wow, this is a great pic! It's amazing how sharp and in focus the shot is! If you can, can you please tell me your technique? I'm an amateur photographer and in the process of learning about this magnificent world, and i would love any help or tips you can give
I'm amateur photographer too, so I don't know if my tips'll be useful. In photos like theese to broadcast blue colour you can use tungsten. Also you have to use flash lamp to stop the movement. ps. sorry for mistakes and you can always ask for some more tips (;
and you said you had a camera that isn't good for close-up/macro, just like mine ?? Lier Great picture, I love how you can see the background, (wallpaper??) in the droplet, the color of it, and the flowers (I would love to see an overview of the setting, I'm so curious how you managed this !)
This is a lovely shot. You have captured the movement in the image very well, and the bokeh in the background make sure the eye stays in the centre of the image. The reflections off the ripples are very nice, and I love the way that you can see the droplet refelcted in the water below it too. I also love the way you have managed to capture patterns in the droplets - this makes an otherwise generic photograph quite unique, adding interest.
I can't really see anything you could do to improve this shot - perhaps increasing the contrast a little could highlight the beautiful light on the water, but that's just me being picky.
